This collection consists of three items dating from the Revolutionary War period at Fort Niagara, New York. One volume, 1773-1774, lists an account taken by Edward Pollard against Lt. Col. Francis Smith of the British Army's 10th Regiment, garrison commander at Niagara and its dependencies, for sundries furnished to Indians, and for the pay of an interpreter and blacksmith. Delegations of Indians recorded include the Oneidas, Senecas, Chippewas, Onandagas, Ottowas, Missisaugas, Hurons, Caughnawagas, Tuscaroras, Detroits, Kickapoos, and Ohios. Also included are one draft and one receipt, both dated 1774, related to payment of the above account
